Agile for Technical Teams From Principles to Practice

This interactive two-day course pairs agile and scrum fundamentals with the practices technical teams use every day. Participants earn two Scrum Alliance microcredentials, Agile Essentails and Scrum Essentials, taught live in class, then apply prioritization, estimating, metrics, and scaling techniques to their own work. Along with coursework, participants will complete about 90 minutes of pre-reading.

The course also covers agile beyond software, including hardware and manufacturing, hybrid approaches, and the emerging role of AI on agile teams. Attendees leave ready to work on, lead, or introduce agile practices in technical settings, with two badges and a two-year Scrum Alliance membership.
