Design of Experiments in Minitab

This course builds on foundational DOE knowledge from course Introduction to Design of Experiments and focuses on practical application using Minitab software. Through guided analysis of two real-world problems, participants will learn how to set up experiments, interpret results, refine models, and optimize outcomes. By mastering Minitab’s DOE tools, engineers will gain the confidence to drive process improvements and predictive modeling in their work.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Use Minitab to design, analyze, and optimize full and fractional factorial experiments.
  • Interpret the effects of process variables and develop efficient regression models.
  • Visualize experimental results through Minitab’s graphing and diagnostic tools.

Who Should Attend:

  • Engineers and analysts with a foundational understanding of DOE looking to apply it in real-world scenarios.
  • Quality and process improvement professionals seeking to enhance their statistical analysis skills.
  • Technical staff involved in product development, manufacturing, or R&D who use Minitab for data analysis.
