  Noel runs Noel Williams Consulting (more than 20 years) and serves as an instructor and developer of electrical training programs covering electrical safety, including the National Electrical Code and related standards. He has provided training services for Salt Lake Community College, NFPA, NTT, IAEI, and private clients that included Los Alamos National Labs, Alcan Cable, Thiokol, Honeywell, Salt Lake City Airport, and the University of Utah Hospital. He has taught thousands of students throughout most of the United States as well as a few other countries for over 25 years. He has also worked as a subject matter expert for development of online training programs and as an expert witness.

This course has been approved by the State of WI Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) for 14 hours for: Registered Electrician, Commercial Electrical Inspector, Industrial Journeyman Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, Residential Journeyman Electrician, and UDC - Electrical Inspector license holders.

As part of the course fee, attendees will be provided a copy of the textbook "Electrical Grounding and Bonding" (published by Cengage) by Phil Simmons.

This course has two attendance options, face-to-face or online.

Face-to-face attendance fee includes morning and afternoon breaks, scheduled lunches, course materials, and a copy of "Electrical Grounding and Bonding" by Phil Simmons.

Online attendance fee includes online instruction, course materials, and a copy of "Electrical Grounding and Bonding" by Phil Simmons.  Online attendees will access course sessions via the Zoom web conferencing platform.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT DEADLINE: 

The deadline to enroll for online participation will be June 16th, 2026. This allows time needed for the shipment and delivery of course materials prior to the start date.

When two or more sign up from the same employer, your course fee is $1195 per person.

Event Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen events. If we cancel a course, participants will be notified via email or phone and will be given the option for a full refund or to transfer their registration and any fees paid to another course. We are not responsible for non-refundable plane tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel related expenses. For enrollee Course Cancellation, refer to notes on course page.

If you cannot attend, please notify us no later than one week before your course begins, and we will refund your fee. Cancellations received after this date and no-shows are subject to a $150 administrative fee. You may enroll a substitute at any time before the course starts.
