Leading for Sustainability and Profitability

A note from the instructor:
LinkedIn Nation!  I’ve been fielding inquiries regarding the upcoming University of Wisconsin Leading for Profitability and Sustainability course.  I’ve mentioned this course many times in this space.

As many of you have guessed correctly, this course will give you the insight and the tools to fashion the business case you’ll need to secure resources for a powerful maintenance and reliability program.  We (maintenance folks) aren’t typically trained in ‘business’ but to gain the resources and respect we need, we have to educate ourselves.  Get that education here!

You won’t find another course like this, anywhere.  This is exclusive to U of W.  You and I will spend three days forming our position on leadership and leading (for starters) and then we’ll walk through the three basics of profitability and sustainability…people, processes, and capital.

Maintenance has to speak money…we do that by understanding profitability.  We also need to have sustainable programs, and that means that the processes are evolving to meet the demands of the future.

If your company doesn’t require profitability or sustainability, save your time.  On the other hand, if your organization could benefit from leaders with the ‘know-how,’ this is the place to be.

Upcoming dates coming soon!

Take course number RA01838 when it’s offered next.
