What You Will Learn:

Digital transformation offers unprecedented opportunities for manufacturing and organizations with operational or production environments to advance their production, efficiency, and value while remaining viable in a highly competitive marketplace.

To survive the market and technological changes companies face, senior leaders, through front-line leaders, must recognize the impact on people and processes, which drives business and organizational success. Believe it or not, the difference between viability and irrelevancy isn’t just the technology but rather how well the people and organization are supported in the transition, implementation, and use of those technologies.

Who Should Attend:

  • Strategic Leaders: Senior Directors, Directors, and Senior Leaders in Information Technology (CIOs), Human Resources, Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain.

  • Operational Leaders: Frontline Leaders, Operational Managers, and Engineering Managers.

  •  Technical Experts: Program Leaders, Project Engineers, Technical Teams, and Specialists.
